Born from the second collaboration of Giorgio Armani and Sarah Moon are images that are blurred yet evocative, underscoring the timeless refinement of the brand’s aesthetic.

Known for her ability to depict a fantasy world where the bizarre and the poetic collide, the French photographer expertly ensured that “light becomes poetry” – in the campaign – “as it sculpts figures and spaces, shrouding them in glamour and mystery.”

By doing so, the new collection’s pieces are showcased against soft-focus backdrops, highlighting the clothes rather than the models themselves. The heavy accessorising gives the overall look an off-kilter femininity as well.

To strike well-balanced moments that transcend time, slicked back ensembles and nonchalant intentions were included in the mix to give the series a 1980s feel.
